Interns will work closely with experienced team members on our key segment benefits team, gain insights into our business operations, and contribute to meaningful client service initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to travel to our corporate office in Richmond, VA, where you will connect with fellow interns, network with company leaders, and participate in a volunteer event. This internship may lead to full‑time employment opportunities upon graduation.

- Rotate between Personal Lines and Commercial Lines departments to gain hands‑on exposure to both lines of coverage.
- Support account management team with policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and quality checks within the agency management system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in client appointments and sales meetings with producers to observe client service and sales best practices.
- Contribute to special projects aimed at improving internal processes, client experience, or operational efficiency.
- Build professional communication skills through interactions with internal stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Preferred majors include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally.
