Sales Admin/Procurement Specialist

• Add/Remove Microsoft licenses as requested
• Setup new Office 365 tenants using details provided by project team
• Setup new Azure tenants and agreements
• Manage purchasing window to keep scheduling teams up to date with ETA’s and shipping locations
• Create or update agreements in Connect Wise
• Maintain the Renewals board and create necessary quotes in Brightgauge & CPQ
• Process approved quotes from CPQ into Connect Wise
• Purchase all customer software and hardware and ensure proper ship to information – TD Synnex, Ingram Micro, D&H Distributing, etc.
• Create service coordination tickets or Projects with associated invoices in Connect Wise
• Generate internal PO’s for any internal hardware purchases as needed
• Create and send quotes from CPQ as needed
• Assist sales team with creating quotes and gathering vendor quotes
• Sales/Accounting tasks for project tickets
• Audit monthly customer accounts with associated vendor portals for correct billing

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors, including the individual’s skill sets, experience, and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
