Tampa, 33610 – This position is onsite

Great role for someone that enjoys a quiet work space, focusing on data entry.

Pay: $19 hr.

Type:
Direct hire

Schedule:

M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST

Job description:

Process and Enter Sales Orders:
Accurately input sales orders into the company CRM system after handoff from the sales team.

Client Communication & Order Verification:
Email clients to confirm all order details are correct, ensuring 100% accuracy before proceeding.

Coordinate Production Workflow:
Create and issue work tickets for the production team once orders are verified and approved.

Invoice Preparation:
Generate invoices based on completed work tickets and submit them to the accounts payable team for processing.

Client Support & Communication:
Primarily manage communication via email, but occasionally contact clients by phone to clarify order details or provide updates.

Nice to have:

Experience as a Sales Coordinator
Order entry
Purchase orders

Requirements:

Must have (2)+ years of administrative Sales Order Support experience
Must have excel spreadsheets
Must like to work in a quiet work space
Must have good job tenure, Job hoppers will not be considered
Must have excellent attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check required
Drug screening required
