We have an upcoming document project which is seeking a copy specialist, expected to start immediately and is a temp to perm opportunity! The rate is $16 hourly. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day. The position requires someone who can maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-moving environment.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual who can work effectively as a Document Imaging Specialist to assist with a high-volume document scanning project. This role involves preparing legal and administrative documents for scanning by removing staples and fasteners, sorting pages, and organizing files.
Key Responsibilities- Review job tickets to capture project information and determine the best output method.
- Set up and operate scanners to complete client projects.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Meet production deadlines and complete tasks within allocated time standards.
- Track job totals accurately to support correct billing.
- Perform quality control throughout each project and correct errors as needed.
- Communicate questions or issues to the team leader for proper handling.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client materials.
- Strong time management, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate desktop computers, scanners, copiers, and printers.
- Ability to work independently after training.
- Basic math and computer knowledge.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe products preferred.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
- Business casual attire.
