About the Role
This Tampa-based civil litigation law firm is seeking a part-time in-office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of a legal office by managing administrative processes, handling communications, and ensuring that workflow efficiency is maintained. This position is integral to ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely coordination among teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal team while developing administrative and legal support skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and detail focused.

- Processing mail
- Process server coordination
- Project assistance
- 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal environment.
- Familiarity with legal processes and documentation is a plus.
- Experience managing high volumes of data or communications efficiently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software, including email and document management systems.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling records and invoices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Customer service mindset for front desk and client interactions.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Work Location:
This role requires in-office attendance only.
- Prolonged periods (up to 5 hours a day) of working at a desk.
- Must be able to lift 15-20 pounds at a time. Transporting files or office supplies.
- Walking short distances:
Moving around the office or between different locations. - Bending, stooping, and twisting:
Handling files and documents stored at different heights. - Reaching above and below shoulder level:
Accessing files and office supplies. - Extensive typing and data entry.
