Job Description
The Bellini College of AI, Cybersecurity & Computing is searching for FWS Student Assistants to support their Events, Marketing & Communications and Operations Support teams. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced academic environment. This position offers valuable experience in higher education administration and office operations.
Work Schedule:
Average Up to 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling available between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
Hourly Rate: $16

ResponsibilitiesOperations Support
- Run daily office errands as needed.
- Perform general office organization and workspace upkeep.
- Greet and assist students, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Support college staff with assigned projects and tasks.
- Maintain and organize electronic files.
- File, sort, and manage paperwork.
- Sort incoming mail and distribute to mailboxes daily.
- Operate standard office equipment, including copy machines, fax machines, and scanners.
Marketing & Communications
- List management and email management (post-event emails/surveys, event-specific emails, etc.)
- Promotional items management – inventory and orders
- Storytelling – student spotlight stories and videos
- Social media – content creation and reporting metrics
- Analytics/Gray DI reports – pulling reports on search volume, keywords, salaries, etc. from Gray DI tool.
Events
- Event Preparation and Setup
Assist with setting up event spaces, including arranging tables and chairs, preparing materials, managing sign-in sheets, and ensuring supplies are ready before events begin. - Event Support and Coordination
Provide on-site support during events by greeting attendees, assisting presenters or staff, monitoring attendance, answering basic questions, and helping keep the event running smoothly. - Post-Event Breakdown and Follow-Up
Help with cleaning and resetting the space after events, organizing leftover materials, collecting feedback forms, and assisting staff with basic post-event documentation or data entry.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a 2025–2026 Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year.
- Must be a current enrolled USF student
- Applicants must upload proof of their FWS award by saving the “Award Overview” page from OASIS and including it as part of the application.
- If additional documents are required, all materials must be submitted as a single combined file.
