Responsibilities- Supervises staff of Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants.
- Provides advanced administrative support to the Executives as required.
- Manages Executives’ schedules, including travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and appointments, and screening telephone calls.
- Performs other administrative functions as requested by the Executives.
- Responsible for oversight of BMS, LLC administrative budgets and functions.
- Coordinate BMG board meetings and Physician Advisory Council meetings.
Experience
:
- Required – 4 years supervisory role in a related field.
- Required – 8 years Executive Assistant; or 6 years relevant experience with Associates.
Education
:
- Required – High School or Equivalent.
