What you’ll be responsible for:
- Front Office & Client Experience
- Answering and routing phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Greeting clients, guests, and visitors and creating a welcoming first impression
- Directing visitors appropriately and maintaining a polished lobby area
Administrative Support
- Opening, scanning, and organizing incoming mail and electronic faxes
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and office coordination
- Supporting the team with accuracy, follow-through, and attention to detail
Organization & Consistency
- Keeping systems, files, and daily routines running smoothly
- Following established processes and helping maintain office standards
- Noticing small issues before they become big problems
What you’ll bring to the role:
