Onsite Professional Position
This is a manager level opportunity. The client is requesting an experienced Meeting Professional to execute their meeting as they will not be on-site.
Client has provided the following Event Details:- Date and Time:
- 2/11, Wednesday: 10:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Attire
- Client requests that you wear professional business attire.
- Client requests that you confirm receipt of correspondence.
- Client requests that you participate in a pre-event conference call, date and time to be determined. You will be paid for this time.
- The client requests that you execute their meeting. The client requests that you set up the event such as backwalls, columns, and pull-ups. You will meet with the hotel Convention Services Manager and A/V team to ensure the event runs according to plan. You will also manage registration, hand out onsite registration forms and badges, and answer attendee questions. At the conclusion of the event, you will break down and repack the cases.
Expectations
- Client may request that you deliver meeting materials to contracted shipping vendor within 24 hours of the meeting’s conclusion. If this is required, you will be paid for this time
