Salary: $18-25/hour (part‑time) or $30-42K annually (full‑time). Health benefits stipend, PTO and vacation.

• Medical Billing Certification (preferred) using Therapy Notes EMR, or familiar with other EMR/System.
• A high school diploma is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliable, professional, courteous and patient.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Able to work a 4‑day work week or 5 days if you can do front‑office coordination and billing on‑site.

• Guest services – Welcome patients, answer calls and emails, and provide inter‑office messages.
• Administration – Process mail, distribute supplies, maintain records, reorder supplies, manage schedules and appointment bookings.
• Medical Billing/Authorizations – Prepare medical billing claims to insurance companies, obtain authorizations.
• Deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors.
• Multitask in a busy environment and support administrative and clerical procedures/systems.
