Executive Assistant to VP ACD
Position Highlights- The executive assistant to the VP/ACD provides high level administrative support without immediate supervision. Resolves and completes complex administrative tasks that may include travel and itineraries, manages schedules, facilitate/ coordinate meetings, conference calls, ability to produce high quality meeting minutes and reports.
- Coordinate calendars, scheduling and itineraries for executives and board
- Create presentations for executive and/or board meetings
- Communicate and handle internal and external communications for executive
- Create and interpret reports for executive
- High School Diploma/GED (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 5 years’ administrative support experience in an office setting
- Preferred Experience:
Prefer at least 2 years at the executive/director level. Prefer experience in healthcare, research and/or academic setting.
