Base pay range$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant in the Tampa, FL area. This will be a hybrid role with 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
Job SummaryThe Executive Assistant to the VP will provide high level administrative support without immediate supervision. Resolve and complete complex administrative tasks that may include travel and itineraries, manage schedules, facilitate/coordinate meetings, conference calls, and produce high quality meeting minutes and reports.
Roles and Responsibilities- Coordinate calendars, scheduling and itineraries for executives and board.
- Create presentations for executive and/or board meetings.
- Communicate and handle internal and external communications for executive.
- Create and interpret reports for executive.
- 5 years administrative support experience in an office setting.
- Prefer at least 2 years at the executive/director level. Prefer experience in healthcare, research and/or academic setting.
