$58,000–$63,000 | Full-Time | Healthcare Industry Tews Company is proud to partner with an amazing healthcare organization seeking an experienced and professional Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a mission-driven environment.
As the Sr. Administrative Assistant, you will provide seamless administrative and organizational support to executive leaders—managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, handling sensitive communications, and producing polished presentations and reports.
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership and board members
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Prepare detailed meeting minutes, reports, and executive-level presentations
- Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
- Compile and interpret reports and data for executive use
- Support special projects and initiatives
- 5+ years of administrative support experience in an office setting
- 2+ years supporting executive or director-level leadership preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working in fast-paced environments
- Experience in healthcare, research, or academic settings preferred
