Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with leadership qualities for a well-established and growing real estate development organization. The role is essential for to support expanding business lines and new growth initiatives. This is a high-visibility opportunity reporting directly to senior accounting leadership and offers the chance to be part of building and strengthening accounting infrastructure within an entrepreneurial, growth-focused environment.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Manage general ledger activity and account reconciliations
• Assist with project accounting related to development activities
• Help monitor cost accumulation during construction phases and expense recognition tied to asset sales or rentals
• Contribute to process improvements and scalable accounting practices
• Partner cross-functionally with operational teams

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting foundation
• Proven ability to work independently and solve problems
• Track record of accomplishments and ownership mentality
• Comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment

Real estate or development accounting exposure is a plus but not required. Strong core accounting fundamentals matter most.
