• Process customer payments (both internal and external) and ensure accurate application
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of payments and processes
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues
• Reconcile accounts to general ledger
• Assist with month‑end closing processes
• Provide additional support within the Credit Department
• Manage unclaimed property files and third‑party reporting relationship

• BA degree in business, finance or accounting
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, & Outlook)
• Experience with IBMi

Position on-site at Crown’s Tampa Headquarters (hybrid not available).
