Accounting Manager

Prosight Talent, LLC is partnering with a growing, multi-location organization in the food manufacturing space seeking an experienced Accounting Manager w/ Spanish language skills to lead full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a key division. This is a high-impact role focused on accuracy, compliance, process improvement, and financial visibility across the business.

• Own daily and monthly accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger management
• Lead the month-end close and ensure timely, GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Oversee product costing and gross profit analysis
• Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and revenue recognition processes
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, legal, and leadership
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff while driving automation and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CMA strongly preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with team leadership exposure
• Background supporting audits, GAAP compliance, and internal controls
• Experience in food manufacturing and multi-location environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
