Job Overview:
The Accounting Manager will lead financial operations by performing key tasks such as bank reconciliations, maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and driving process improvements. This role also involves managing and mentoring a small accounting team while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Perform precise and efficient bank account reconciliations.
• Maintain detailed financial records for subsidiary companies, analyzing balance sheets and general ledgers.
• Prepare internal and external financial statements to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures, analyze current processes, and recommend improvements.
• Manage and mentor a small accounting team, providing leadership and guidance.

Qualifications desired for the Accounting Manager:

• Education & Experience:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Skills:
  
  Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple projects. Strong oral and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in Excel is a must.

Location: Greater Tampa Bay, FL. Hybrid flexibility with 3 days in-office.

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.
