We’re partnered with a well-established Tampa-based CPA firm seeking an Audit Manager
, with flexibility to consider a strong Senior Audit Supervisor who is actively completing their CPA.

🎯 What You’ll Do- Lead multiple audit engagements and teams
- Review work for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Perform risk and internal control assessments
- Deliver audit findings and drive process improvements
- Participate in networking and community initiatives
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- CPA preferred | Open to candidates close to CPA completion
- 6+ years public accounting (Manager) or 3–5 years (Supervisor)
- Multi-industry exposure (construction, manufacturing, healthcare, non-profit, government, SMBs)
- PPC Smart / CCH Pro System fx experience helpful
- Collaborative communicator who can work independently
