Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL
Compensation: $25-28/hour, DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform full‑cycle Accounts Payable including 3‑way matching of POs, packing slips, and invoices
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor issues, and payment variances
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot AP roadblocks
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely month-end AP close tasks
• Assist with process improvements and AP‑related projects as needed
• Utilize Excel to track, analyze, and reconcile AP data (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs)

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Experience in full‑cycle Accounts Payable
• Strong understanding of 3‑way match processes
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters, formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, resolution‑minded approach to troubleshooting issues
• Adaptable, positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a team‑focused environment
