As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Processing high-volume invoices and ensuring timely vendor payments
• Reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal audits
• Assisting with month-end close and financial reporting
• Collaborating with procurement and operations teams to improve workflows

The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist will bring:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as Net Suite, SAP, or Quick Books
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
