Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full-cycle month-end close processes.
• Prepare and analyze consolidated GAAP financial statements.
• Manage bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits through timely preparation of documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on financial matters.
• Utilize Excel to support financial analysis and reporting functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
