A fast-growing financial services company is looking for a sharp, analytical Staff Accountant to join the team. This is a great role for someone with 2–5 years of experience who wants broad accounting exposure and the chance to grow in a scaled, high-performing environment.
What You’ll Do- Support corporate accounting processes across the close cycle
- Assist with financial reporting deliverables
- Handle AP/AR activity and help refine internal workflows
- Analyze data, identify trends, and flag issues proactively
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and improve processes
- Own tasks end-to-end rather than just “plugging numbers in”
- 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to figure things out independently
- Comfortable working in fast-growing, evolving environments
- Someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and not afraid to ask questions
