This is an excellent opportunity for either:

• A new graduate with a degree in Accounting or Finance,
  or
• A candidate with 1–2 years of hands‑on accounting experience looking to grow

• Support various Accounts Payable functions
• Perform credit card reconciliations
• Assist with day‑to‑day accounting tasks across multiple properties or projects
• Help troubleshoot accounting issues and support continuous process improvements
• Participate in cross‑training and collaborate closely with team members

• Outgoing, personable, and able to communicate effectively
• High emotional intelligence and able to work well with diverse personalities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple moving pieces
• Critical thinker who enjoys solving problems

• Degree in Accounting/Finance OR 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Basic Excel skills required
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• 40‑hour work week
• Hybrid 1-2 days a week
• Light local travel (1–2x weekly) to retrieve mail
