Accounting Clerk

Our client, a well-established company in the construction sector, is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join their team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial management and compliance across multiple projects.

• Prepare and process pay applications and AIA billing accurately and on schedule.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection.
• Handle lien waivers and maintain compliance with project requirements.
• Perform notary duties for required documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records and adhere to company and industry standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction accounting or billing.
• Strong understanding of AIA billing, lien waivers, and pay applications
  .
• Notary Public preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction accounting systems (experience with industry-standard platforms is a plus).
