Tax Manager – Tampa, FL (hybrid)

Our client, a leading CPA and advisory firm in Tampa, FL, is seeking a highly driven Tax Manager who is eager to take the next big step in their public accounting career. • 125K+ (depending on experience)

• Manage and review income tax returns (S-Corp, C-Corp, trusts, estates, and more)
• Oversee 3–10 engagements at a time, with 1–3 team members on each
• Handle client communications, project coordination, and workflow management
• Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with senior leadership on planning and strategic initiatives
• Participate in business development and client relationship management
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all deliverables

• 7+ years of experience in public accounting
• Active CPA license (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience across diverse industries (not niche or specialized)
• Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence
• Proficiency with Excel;
  Oracle experience is a big plus
