Key Responsibilities:
* Review and prepare month-end close documentation, including accounting notes and supporting schedules
* Perform highly analytical accounting tasks and independently manage deliverables with minimal oversight
* Support client audits, including procedural and compliance-related audits
* Assist with ad hoc accounting projects, which will represent a significant portion of the role
* Adapt to a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required)
* CPA designation preferred
* 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience, operating at a senior or manager level without direct supervisory responsibilities
* Strong analytical skills and proven ability to work independently as a self-starter
* Experience with Connect Wise and Intacct strongly preferred
* Comfortable working in a chaotic environment with an unpredictable schedule
