• Oversee daily accounting workflows, general ledger, and month-end close.
• Manage billing, cost analysis, and reconciliations tied to operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.
• Lead and develop an accounting team, including mentoring new staff from public accounting.
• Identify and correct discrepancies with confidence and accuracy.
• Drive process improvements and support ERP transition

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4–5 years managing GL processes and financial reporting.
• ERP experience (Net Suite preferred; MS Business Central a plus).
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing staff.
• Nice to Have: CPA or CMA, public accounting background, advanced Excel skills.
