Our SALT team has extensive training in tax accounting, tax law, compliance, audits, and economic development benefits, and experience with tax laws in many states. Our SALT solutions apply to sales and use taxes, income, and franchise taxes, property taxes, credits and incentives, and many more thorough understandings of multi‑state sales & use taxes.

• Identifying optimal filing options
• Analyzing and reviewing apportionment information
• Overseeing client engagements
• Planning and researching tax issues
• Preparing technical memorandums
• Providing audit assistance
• Assisting with state income tax compliance

• Bachelors Degree in accounting or a related field
• 4.5+ years of relevant experience
• Current CPA, J.D., or L.L.M designation
• Proficiency with One Source income tax preparation software and One Source tax provision software
