• Electronically process accounts payable transactions using 3-way matching
• Coordinate activities to ensure timely payment processing via SAP FUSION, Wise, or Canada platforms
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices
• Respond to internal/external inquiries and reconcile vendor statements

• 2–4 years accounts payable experience required
• High School Diploma required;
  College degree preferred
• SAP experience highly preferred
• Process 75–100 invoices per day
• Microsoft Excel proficiency (vlookup, pivot tables)
