Audit Manager

A well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its Tampa office. • Lead and manage multiple audit engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with professional standards.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of audits for clients across various industries.
• Supervise and mentor engagement teams, fostering professional growth and technical development.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance audit efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with partners and other service lines to support firm initiatives and client needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA license required.
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with clients in industries such as manufacturing, construction, real estate, or professional services preferred.
