Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant or a Staff Accountant ready to grow into the role of Senior Accountant with support and guidance. To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Accountant who will lead and manage our corporate accounting operations. Working on site from our Tampa office, this full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, overseeing inventory, processing claims, and supporting pricing strategies.

Strong communication will be key, as the candidate will liaise regularly with our regional colleagues and international supply partners.

• Manage and execute core accounting functions and month-end processes
• Analyze product pricing and develop structures aligned with company margins and A&P budget guidelines
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Administer and track Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budgets
• Oversee inventory management
• Handle accounts payable and receivable operations
• Perform general bookkeeping and accounting support tasks
• Identify, evaluate, and improve accounting procedures to enhance efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
• Fluency in Spanish and/or French is a strong asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and SAGE Accounting Software
• Highly analytical, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
• Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Fluency in Spanish and/or French is preferred
