We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CPA to assist our attorneys with case-related accounting and financial matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, with experience supporting legal cases and providing financial analysis in a law firm setting.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare Financial Affidavit, detailed analyses and assist in preparation of exhibits and forensic reports.
• Attend depositions of the parties and/or witnesses, attend hearings, mediations, and conferences.
• Testify as an expert witness under depositions, hearings and/or trials.
Qualifications:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
