Senior Property Accountant
Location:
Tampa, FL | Hybrid

- Bachelor’s Degree Required (Accounting/Finance preferred)
- Commercial property management experience (preferred)
- Lead month end close process for assigned properties
- Verify and post journal entries to general ledger accounts
- Perform analysis of balance sheet accounts and prepare account reconciliations
- Prepare budgets for assigned territories
- Detail processing for accounts payable invoices and expense reports
- Improve vendor relationships and manage contracts while searching for expense improvements
- Complete ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
