If you have hands‑on experience in Road / Air & Sea Freight and Customs Documentation, we want to hear from you!!! You'll be part of a dynamic, friendly team ensuring the smooth movement of consignments across borders—delivering excellence in compliance, communication, and customer service.

• Manage the full import/export process from start to finish.
• Provide quotations, handle bookings, and liaise directly with customers and EU agents.
• Oversee customs clearance and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Book deliveries with shipping lines and/or merchant hauliers.
• Handle invoicing, duty, and VAT procedures efficiently.
• Track shipments and provide proactive updates to clients.

• Export LCL / FCL export pricing - carriers, co-loaders, hauliers, overseas agency
• Export booking procedure with carriers / hauliers
• Export regulations / documentation - incoterms, export docs experience.
• Systems - Destin8, CNS, carrier portals, FCL (bonus, not necessary).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Pricing / input bookings & general operations.
