Are you wanting a new challenge?
Our export business is growing, and we re looking for a proactive Ocean Export Operator to join our team in Manchester. If you have experience in deep-sea exports and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
As an integral part of our export team, you ll manage LCL and FCL shipments, liaise with clients and shipping lines, and ensure smooth, efficient operations from start to finish.

- Manage deep-sea exports (LCL and FCL) efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with clients, providing exceptional service and keeping them updated.
- Prepare pricing and quotations for clients in line with company guidelines.
- Arrange bookings with shipping lines and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Resolve operational issues to ensure shipments run smoothly.
- Collaborate with the wider export team to support smooth workflow.
- Previous experience in ocean export, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of LCL/FCL shipping processes and documentation.
- Strong communication skills with both clients and suppliers.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to solve operational problems.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
