A leading facilities management company is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to operate across various sites in North-West England. Responsibilities include performing PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, fire alarms, and general building maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, as well as a NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum with additional benefits including a company vehicle and generous holiday allowance.
