We’re seeking reliable and professional Relief Security Officers to join our growing team. This Gatehouse-based role requires excellent communication skills, strong IT competence, flexibility to work days/nights, and weekend availability.

You’ll help maintain the safety and security of the site, staff, and visitors. While primarily based in Normanton
, you must be able to cover Cleckheaton when required.

• 🚪 Manage access control and log all vehicles/visitors
• 👣 Conduct regular site patrols and safety checks
• 🎥 Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• ⚠️ Respond to incidents and complete accurate reports
• 💬 Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and site staff

• 🎫 Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
• 💻 Good IT and communication skills
• 🕒 Ability to work 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00)
• 📅 Must be available for weekend shifts
• 🔄 Flexibility to work in both Normanton and Cleckheaton
• ⏱️ Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently

• 💷 £12.21 hourly rate (paid monthly)
