Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
🔹 Optional Sunday shifts available
🔹 Competitive Pay: £12.21 to £14.21 per hour (depending on experience)

Potential to be taken on permanent after just 12 weeks!

As a Sewing Machinist, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality, durable, and comfortable products for the beloved canine customers. You will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines, assembling various parts of dog accessories and apparel, and ensuring each item meets strict quality standards. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will directly impact the satisfaction of customers and the well-being of their pets.

• Operating and maintaining sewing machines to produce a variety of dog products.
• Accurately following patterns, specifications, and production guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making necessary adjustments or reworking items as needed.
• Cutting fabric and materials with precision to ensure optimal use and minimal waste.
• Collaborating with the design and quality assurance teams to implement improvements and troubleshoot production issues.
• Managing multiple projects to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations in the work space to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keeping the work area clean and organised to promote efficiency and safety.

• Previous sewing experience, preferably with industrial sewing machines.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating quality products.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and reliability.
• Knowledge of different fabrics and sewing techniques is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for working on pet-related products and a love for dogs.
