Are you a hands-on individual with a knack for fixing things and keeping facilities in top condition? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our luxurious establishment.

Position: Maintenance Assistant

Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey

Type: Full-time

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry tasks
• Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and staff
• Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping tasks as needed, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal
• Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to support the overall operation of the establishment

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry techniques
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
