As a Digital Marketing Coordinator
, you’ll play a key role in managing projects, optimising content, and championing best practices across multiple markets. From rolling out new features in Sitecore CMS to supporting digital campaigns, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Manage small-scale projects from brief to launch.
- Collaborate with developers and CMS users to define requirements and prioritise the backlog.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and training guides.
- Conduct UAT testing and support release planning.
- Assist with digital campaign setup alongside Product Marketing, Ecommerce, and Commercial teams.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO and UX best practices.
- Advocate for digital integration within the wider Marketing Communications team.
- Work with internal and external teams to define scope, documentation, and development plans.
- Review deliverables for quality and alignment with project goals.
- Identify and escalate risks proactively.
- Support local offices with Sitecore troubleshooting and training.
- Support project and commercial teams on digital best practices to improve conversion and engagement online.
- Create and localise pages and assets across European markets.
- Promote digital best practices and processes throughout the business.
- Provide support to European teams on CMS, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Degree or relevant qualification in digital marketing or related subject.
- CMS expertise: Hands-on experience with Sitecore or similar platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong project management and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
- Problem-solving skills for CMS troubleshooting and training.
- English fluency required, additional European languages a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with development processes, UAT, and backlog management.
- Knowledge of UX, UI & SEO principles and best practices.
- Awareness of tech stacks and development standards (HTML, CSS, .NET).
- Experience with analytics and SEO tools (GA, Search Console).
- Task management tools such as JIRA.
- Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Adobe/Photoshop experience.
