18.75 hours Wednesday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our secretarial and admin team. The post holder will provide an excellent administrative service to enable the delivery of an effective, efficient and timely service to our patients and their families. If you enjoy communicating with people, are a good team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, and have a willingness to contribute to positive team working, we would love to hear from you!
ResponsibilitiesThis post holder is responsible for:
- Typing, transcribing and checking of clinical correspondence and documents relating to patient pathways via audio digital dictation.
- Producing letters within the agreed time frame ensuring quality and accuracy is maintained at all times.
- Managing the patient's pathway by responding to queries and requests in clinical correspondence.
- Communicating these actions via the IT solutions provided to consultant secretaries and waiting list coordinators.
- Carrying out duties in line with national and local targets and achieving all KPIs.
Please note that whilst the trust does offer sponsorship, this role is unfortunately not eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker visa route. This is due to the position not meeting the minimum salary threshold of £41,700 per annum and/or the required skill level set by UK Visas and Immigration.
