Health Care Assistant

Complex Care Professionals are recruiting for a Health Care Assistant to support with visiting people within their own homes providing complex care.

The role will have the following responsibilities but not limited to:

Enabling people to maintain independence and confidence within their own homes

Support with everyday activities e.g. medication management, personal hygiene

Providing feeding support including preparing meals and snacks

Assist with moving and handling using appropriate equipment

Monitor, record, and report any changes promptly.

Companionship

communicating effectively with people in their homes

Overnight support We require at least 6 months work experience in a care role.

A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is desirable but not essential.
