The post holder will assist the Duty Manager’s as tasked with the operation and growth of the facility and will provide both front and back of house support.
They will assist with the day-to-day operation of the centre, providing excellent customer service and advice on all matters related to the use of the facility, ensuring that the facility is used in a correct and safe manner at all times.
As an Operations Team Leader you will organise and run all centre run activities and events ensuring that the equipment is fit for purpose and is presented at the highest standards in line with our policies and procedures.
