Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication administration as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as necessary, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote emotional well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in case management to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience in care or within a nursing home environment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles, including medication administration and case management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client records.
