Support Worker – Community & Care Work

re-vite Healthcare Solutions is looking for reliable, down-to-earth support workers to join our growing team.

We support adults in the community with a range of needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, autism and people who need practical help to live independently. This includes day‑to‑day support such as building routines, cooking, budgeting, keeping a home running, attending appointments and offering consistent emotional support.

This role is community‑based, so work locations will vary depending on the service user. We currently have opportunities across the Tameside area.

We’re a small, hands‑on provider and we value people who are dependable, respectful and genuinely care about doing a good job. Experience is helpful but not essential — attitude, reliability and the right values matter more. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
