Are you ambitious and seeking a new and exciting leadership opportunity in pharmacy? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced clinical pharmacist with strong leadership skills, to lead our clinical pharmacy team. As a member of the pharmacy leadership team, you will be responsible for oversight and improvement of our clinical pharmacy service. With a new Chief Pharmacist, an ambitious 2 year departmental strategy, the implementation of a new EPR and a brand new replacement pharmacy robot being commissioned in Spring 2026, we are in a prime position to support you to become an outstanding pharmacy leader.
You will have a clear vision for pharmacist prescribing, relevant knowledge and experience, and experience working as a clinical pharmacist in an acute Trust. Participation in the extended hours, weekend, Bank Holiday and on-call service will be required.

Main duties of the job- As a key member of the Pharmacy Management Group the post holder is responsible for managing and leading the team delivering Clinical Pharmacy Services.
- Work closely with senior pharmacy colleagues to promote a collaborative culture, embed effective leadership, input strategic planning, and support the Trust's governance framework and system transformation agenda.

Person SpecificationEssential – Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Pharmacy
- Pharmacist Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council
