- Respond to urgent social work and mental health crises outside normal office hours.
- Conduct Mental Health Act Assessments and manage safeguarding cases with confidence.
- Provide critical adult social care intervention and support to individuals facing significant harm or distress.
- Use your assessment, care planning, and case management skills to deliver the best possible outcomes.
- A qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
- An Approved Mental Health Professional ready for out‑of‑hours work.
- Strong crisis management skills and a passion for helping those in need.
- Experience in mental health, safeguarding, and emergency intervention.
- Adult social care experience.
- A driver with a valid UK licence and access to a vehicle for work use.
- Work on a rotating shift basis, including evenings, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
