Are you enthusiastic, caring, and passionate about supporting early years learners?

• Supporting children with their early learning and development
• Assisting with play-based activities, phonics, and classroom routines
• Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and engagement
• Supporting children with SEND to access learning and achieve their potential
• Helping the class teacher create a fun, nurturing, and safe learning environment

• Is friendly, patient, and supportive
• Enjoys working with young children in an EYFS setting
• Has experience or interest in supporting children with SEND
• Can work well as part of a team
• Ideally has experience in early years education (not essential for the right candidate)

• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to provide professional references covering the last 2 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow school policies and safeguarding procedures

• Supportive staff and leadership
