The Role- Support pupils with SEN, SEMH, autism, ADHD & learning needs
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support
- Use trauma‑informed and positive behaviour strategies
- Help create calm, structured, nurturing classrooms
- Work with experienced SEN teachers, behaviour mentors & therapists
- Perfect stepping stone into SEN teaching, Educational Psychology, Youth Work & SEND roles
- FREE specialist CPD (trauma‑informed practice, behaviour, mental health)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
