Aspire People are currently seeking a confident and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Denton, supporting pupils in Key Stage 2.

This role focuses on supporting children with additional learning needs, including dyslexia, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties.

• Delivering small-group intervention sessions in Maths and English
• Providing 1:1 academic support aligned to individual learning plans
• Supporting pupils with attention and concentration difficulties
• Encouraging independence and confidence in learning
• Collaborating with teaching staff and SENCO to track progress

• Experience supporting SEND pupils in a primary setting
• Good understanding of KS2 curriculum expectations
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Patient, empathetic and adaptable
• Able to build positive and professional relationships
